Only thing that annoyed me constantly was how clicky the UI feels in some menus, like the hitbox on one button is weirdly tiny and my fat mouse finger keeps missing it, and I never got used to that. Anyway, you go from masturbation in a lonely apartment to family drama, to stripping, to crime mystery, to group sex in some cramped room where everybody is sweating, sometimes in the span of what feels like ten clicks, and my brain kept going "one more scene then I stop" then I forgot what I was doing before I started playing.
