Lumi and I have put together this 0.65 edition of our parody game, still very much a work in progress. At this stage, Toriel is the only character implemented, but we hope to add more faces down the line.
It’s a stripped-down piece for now, lacking many features we want to expand on. In the future, we aim to flesh out the world with richer conversations, a wider cast, and enhanced battle artwork.
You’ll navigate using arrow keys, press Z to select or grab items, X to cancel actions, and C to open the start menu.
Starting in 2017, we ran into money troubles and simply don’t have the resources to keep working on this project. Time is scarce and funds are tighter than ever, so this project won’t see updates anytime soon.
Apologies go out to everyone looking forward to what’s next. Even as a rough cut, it shows the direction we wanted to take.
You can test the current build by moving Toriel through basic interactions using the easy control scheme.
Maybe someday we’ll pick this back up, but until then, treat it as a glimpse into our unfinished parody.
